Just started playing lacrosse, only went to last weeks training, its alright to just come to training and learn and not play any proper games right, i mean i can train for a few months and then play some games? i will come to watch some of them just to get an idea but will i be able to play some if i opt out from a bunch of them? typical fresher worries! also glad i decided to try out as everyone seems really cool and looking forward to getting into the sport more! already flung my ball through my fence!

Of course you can come along just to train. However if its just that you're a bit uncertain of how the game works etc then have a chat to a few of the otehr freshers, I'm sure they'll enlighten you as to how it went on saturday.

Would be good to have you on the squad but there won't be any issue with just training. Speak to Hass tonight about it.

Also don't forget you can play in the mixed team if you want to get a feel for the mechanics of the game without the contact to start with!

dude dont worry im new aswell i started on wednesday and played the 1st game ever on saturday when straight head 1st into it and so did alot of others think 5/6 of us all kept on subbing in and out by the end of it we got used to it doesn't take that long but there is still alot we all dont know and that takes time , and as you posted on here you have the net so if your really interested go download some games and read into the game
